By creating an account, opening a pack, linking a wallet, making a prediction, entering a duel, or otherwise using any part of Solini ("the Service"), you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version. Material changes are surfaced in-app before they take effect.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service, and at least the legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction to use any feature that involves staking SOL (Predictions, Card Duels for stakes, marketplace listings).
You must not use the Service from any jurisdiction where the Service or any of its features (especially on-chain wagering) is restricted, prohibited, or licensed in a way Solini does not satisfy. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are.
You must not be on any sanctions list, including but not limited to OFAC, UK HMT, EU consolidated sanctions, or UN sanctions.
Accounts are created with email + password through our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. You must provide accurate information and you may not share your account with another person or operate multiple accounts.
We may suspend or terminate an account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, multi-accounting, abuse of bugs or exploits, chargebacks, or activity that endangers other users or the Service.
You link a self-custodied Solana wallet (such as Phantom) by signing a one-time message. Solini never asks for and never stores your seed phrase or private key. If you lose access to your wallet, we cannot recover it for you and we cannot move cards or SOL on your behalf.
Any transaction involving SOL — buying packs, making predictions, listing on the marketplace, staking a duel — is processed on the Solana blockchain. Transactions are final and irreversible. Network fees are paid by you. Solini does not custody SOL beyond the publicly disclosed escrow wallet used to settle predictions and marketplace listings.
The escrow address is the same across all fixtures and listings and can be inspected on any Solana block explorer. You can verify recipient and amount in your wallet before approving any transaction.
Player cards, Manager Cards, packs, tactical cards, XP, and any in-game cosmetic or progression items (collectively "Virtual Items") are limited, revocable licences to use those items within the Service. They are not currency, securities, or property in any legal sense, and they have no guaranteed real-world value.
Pack odds are published in-app. Each roll is independent and random. Solini does not guarantee that any pack will contain a card of a specific player, rarity, or value.
You may not buy, sell, trade, or transfer Virtual Items outside of the official mechanisms in the Service (Marketplace, Duels). Off-platform trades are unsupported, may breach these Terms, and you accept all risk if you attempt them.
The Predictions feature lets you stake SOL on the outcome of real-world football fixtures. Markets are escrow-secured. Settlement occurs after the official result is recorded by the data source we use. Winning wallets are paid from the escrow; losing stakes remain in escrow and fund subsequent payouts.
Gambling involves risk. Only stake what you can afford to lose. The Service includes tools and links to help you self-limit. If you are concerned about your gambling, please consult resources such as begambleaware.org or the equivalent organisation in your country before continuing. See our Responsible Gaming page for more.
Solini retains the right to void predictions in cases of demonstrable data-feed error, market manipulation, official match cancellation, or breach of these Terms. Stakes for voided predictions are refunded to the originating wallet.
Card Duels let two users each stake a card; the winner takes both. The duel engine is deterministic given the inputs (ratings, rarity, RNG seed) and the result is logged. Once both players confirm, the duel is final.
The Marketplace lets you list cards in SOL. Listings are escrow-secured. We charge a small protocol fee on completed sales — the current fee is shown in-app before you list or buy.
You are responsible for the cards you list, the prices you set, and the duels you enter. Solini does not provide refunds for buyer's remorse.
Manager Mode, including Ranked, Friendlies, and Career, is a simulated game. AI managers, "Phantom XI" opponents, the simulator engine, hidden ratings, tactical cards, captain bonuses, coach confidence, and the daily AI newspaper are all part of a game experience and do not produce real-money outcomes by themselves.
Rank Points (RP), Career stars, leaderboards, and weekly objectives are Virtual Items as defined above. They may be reset, recalculated, or adjusted at our discretion to preserve fairness or fix bugs.
Solini uses large language models (currently routed via Lovable AI Gateway) to generate dynamic content such as press conferences, the daily Solini Times newspaper, manager flavour text, and similar features. This output is generated, fictional, and frequently satirical. It may be inaccurate or invented and must not be treated as factual reporting on any real person, team, federation, sponsor, or event.
Where the Service references real-world athletes, coaches, clubs, leagues, federations, tournaments, stadiums, or sponsors, those references are used nominatively for purposes of fan parody, commentary, criticism, and educational simulation. No endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation is implied. AI-generated portraits are stylised illustrations and are not photographs of, and do not authorise the commercial use of the likeness of, any real person.
No real-person commercial use. Solini does not claim the right to commercialise any real athlete's name, image, voice, signature, or likeness. If you are an athlete, coach, club, federation, league, broadcaster, sponsor, or other rights-holder who believes any content on the Service infringes your rights — including trademark, copyright, right of publicity, image rights, or personality rights — please send a takedown notice to legal@solinialbum.com identifying (a) the content, (b) the URL where it appears, (c) the right you hold and your basis for it, and (d) your contact details. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or anonymise the content promptly, typically within 7 business days.

The Solini name, marks, logos, UI, code, art direction, written copy, and brand are owned by Solini or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of these without written permission, except as permitted by these Terms for normal personal use of the Service.
You retain ownership of any user-generated content you post (club name, stadium name, kit colours). By posting it, you grant Solini a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it within the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. On termination for breach, Virtual Items, RP, XP, leaderboard placements, and pending payouts may be forfeited. On-chain assets (cards and SOL) remain in your wallet — we have no power to seize them.
You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, see Section 17.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of data, or uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that Virtual Items will retain any value, that markets will always settle on time, that AI-generated content will be accurate, or that the Solana network, third-party RPC providers, or data feeds we rely on will be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solini, its operators, affiliates, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, Virtual Items, SOL, or cards arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount in SOL you have spent on Solini in the 90 days before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold Solini harmless from any claim, loss, liability, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your interactions with other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration where permitted, otherwise in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
We collect only what we need to run the Service:
We do not collect government ID, biometric data, location beyond IP-derived country, advertising identifiers, or social-graph data.
We use a small set of third parties strictly to operate the Service. Each has its own privacy terms:
We do not sell your data. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
Where GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: contract (to provide the Service you signed up for), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, product improvement), and legal obligation (sanctions compliance, responding to lawful requests). We do not rely on consent for cookies because the Service does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Account, gameplay, and on-chain reference data are retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 24 months) for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and accounting. Backups may persist for an additional 30 days. On-chain transactions cannot be deleted because they live on the Solana blockchain.

To exercise these rights, contact privacy@solinialbum.com or use the Contact form. We will respond within 30 days. Note that on-chain data is, by the nature of the blockchain, impossible to delete; we can however delete the link between your account and your wallet on our side.
We use HTTPS everywhere, password hashing, row-level security on the database, and limited employee access. No system is ever 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password and consider a password manager. If you believe your account or wallet has been compromised, contact us immediately.
The Service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact privacy@solinialbum.com and we will delete it.
We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes are surfaced in-app.

If you are unhappy with a transaction, a prediction settlement, a duel result, a marketplace order, an account action, or any other part of the Service, follow this process. We aim to resolve every complaint fairly and within the timelines below.
Because most transactions are on-chain and final, refunds are limited but always available in the following cases:
We do not refund: buyer's remorse on packs, marketplace purchases or duels; losses from voluntary predictions that settled correctly; losses caused by your wallet, browser extension, or third-party RPC outage; or transactions you signed and broadcast that we have no power to reverse on the Solana blockchain.
EU / UK consumers: the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m); UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 reg. 37) is waived once you open a pack, make a prediction, or enter a duel, because performance has begun with your express prior consent. You acknowledge this each time you confirm such a transaction in-app.
If Step 2 (§26) does not resolve your complaint, you may escalate to the body responsible for your country. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Time limits to escalate vary by jurisdiction; in most cases you must contact us first (Step 1–2) before an external body will accept your complaint. Keep records of every email.
